CHoC Solutions provide training packages designed to support your employees in reaching their full potential.

Our aim is to enable organisations to source external training across a range of disciplines in partnership with local training facilitators and providers.

GP Surgeries

CHoC Solutions provide bespoke training packages that can be delivered either at our centre in Carlisle or in your own surgery.

We are currently working with a number of surgeries across Cumbria, with programmes covering the following areas:

We also offer a number of other certified clinical and non-clinical courses for practice staff, and would be delighted to discuss these options further.

We work closely with surgeries prior to programme delivery so that we can assess your training needs and gain an insight into how the surgery works so that the training programme can be tailored accordingly.
